The vast majority of the players in the Federation of Petanque USA belong to petanque clubs where they live. If there isn't one where
you are, perhaps you're just the right person to get one started. If that sounds like too much too soon, as an alternative you may want to
consider joining the FPUSA as an Independent member.
Independent membership is especially for those with no FPUSA club opportunities nearby. Then once you've succeeded in getting others interested and playing, the group can decide when it's the right time to form a club and join the worldwide community of petanque players.
The Federation of Petanque USA belongs to FIPJP - the International family of petanque players in seventy countries and counting. When you join us, you also are joining the FIPJP. Your membership can lead to unique opportunities to share the pleasure of petanque on every continent, except Antartica!
